MEET THE ATTORNEY
D. Milburn Gross Jr. grew up in Madison County, Alabama, and graduated from Hazel Green High School in 1979. After High School, he attended school at the University of Alabama and graduated in 1986 with a B.A. in History and a minor in Political Science. After marrying the former Beth Hutto, he attended law school at the University of Alabama School of Law and graduated in 1991. While in law school he was a member of the Alabama Law Review and the legal honor society. His two children, Mary Beth and Will, were also born while he was in law school. Milburn has practiced law in the State of Alabama since 1991, first in Andalusia, and since 1998, in Madison County. In addition to his undergraduate and law school degree, Milburn also has a Masters in Religion from Liberty Theological seminary which he received in 2010. He has been a bi-vocational pastor since 2006, and is presently the pastor of First Flint River Baptist Church in Meridianville, Alabama.
